Posting huge pictures screws up the thread by enlarging the page to fit the picture. Resize them before posting. Huge fuzzy pictures are still fuzzy.
The stock looks original, but I would suspect that the barrel/receiver has been restored from an arsenal rebuild. Looks like the front sight has been hammered off to change the barrel band, and look to see if the rear sight boss has a stake mark.

I am going to agree on a rebuild. Stock looks real enough but the serial number range is quite a bit higher than on normal ones. Para-carbines were usually somewhere in the 5-6 digit range if I remember correctly and yours is in the millions.
