Panzerhandgranate 41 and Panzerhandmine SS?

I recently found out about those two anti tank weapons but it is almost impossible to get information about them, pictures are even harder to find.

Does anybody have something about those 2 items?

Production numbers, specs, dimensions, who fielded them, when were they fielded?
