Spares for french MAB pistol

Hi folks, a friend of me is looking for some spares for a french MAB Model A pistol, grips and some minor internal parts.

Maybe anyone could give me a tip so I can tell him where to look? I think these parts should be available in france very easy, where as it´s hard in germany or austria?

Maybe a French member could help me out with finding the parts for him? My friend told me that many variants exist so it should be someone knowing the particular pistol?
