I know this is a difficult situation - as you are selling the stuff to family (I asume) - but i would really try to keep it. As the others said, this is not a common find and it is in outstanding condition plus two matching mags.

A very beautiful PPK. As others stated do try to hold on to it, or do not sell it cheap, these are not everyday Walther's.

I've helped two families in similar cases - to sell off a collection and not getting ripped off by dealers. In both cases I also offered to buy some of those items to a full market value, and in both cases families insisted that I pay only half.
