    my new flare guns.....

    Hi,
I haven´t posted any flare guns for a while due to lack of time. So I show some guns that I got over the last few weeks and month. There were some others, too, but those are either doubles or not so interesting (more modern stuff). I am slowly running out of space, need a bigger house ;-)

    Here we go....the grand total:

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Some details.....3 Walther flare guns in steel:

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Walther LP´s in Zinc and Aluminium:
Zinc is marked "ac43" and "Zink"

some LP42, manufacturers "euh" and "wa" only, unfortunately. Still looking for " de" and "sww" !

    some rather rare stuff:
    Walther LP26 long barrel
    US Reminngton Mark III
swedish Husquarna flare gun with long barrel

I am not into american flare guns, but I must say that the remington is a very fine example of excellent craftmansship!

      more pics....

      some more rather rare stuff:

      swiss rocket pistol " Neuhausen"
WW1 Hebel flare gun with tchech markings
      Anschütz mini "flare gun"

the rocket pistol is the biggest flare gun I own.....a huge thing. I forgot to place it on the main picture (gran total). The Anschütz is a mini thing, known as "Scheintod" pistol as well. Interesting are teh markings, the manufacturer and the writing "only for flare shells 12mm".
The Hebel is on first sight nothing special, but in fact it is. It has tchech approval stamps from 1924. Not many of those are known. The manufacturer is "PB" and, at least to me, unknown. There is some idea that this could be Bernhard Paatz of Germany, but his logo looks similar but different. And it is not Pietro Beretta either ;-) If anybody has an idea...I would be very glad to know!

so, that is it for now. I hope you like my additions to my flare gun collection. I would be pleased if I get any help on the Hebel flare gun (forgot to mention, the grips are replacements as it seems). Any comments welcome.

Great looking collection - thanks for sharing!

Now you only need to find yourself a nice pair of Walther Sternsignalpistoles.
