Lee , remember ,there is always a good deal out there. for you in the UK , you might want to hit up some of the re enactors . they are always a good source of info. plus people get out of playing soldier . 2 years ago ,at a gun show here in the USA ,I bought a byf 42, all matching for $125.00 . honestly thought I mis heard the man. great deal. you'll find one at a good price , wait & see. jeff

in the u.s..... avg price for a nice matching 98 is probably around $1100-1200

How about the price on a 57 chevy? Without pictures.............. ball park $50-$5000+ You need pictures!!!!

Agreed on the pics. There can be huge variations depending on condition, year, factory etc. I can't comment on how deact's affect price in the UK.
