Anybody done this? Looks kool as Hell...& from what i could find pricewise...very affordable (this if you already own a 10 22) Even with the doner firearm being only semi-auto you could spit alot of lead downrange & not drain your bank account. Lo & behold you could even risk getting busted by modifying the ruger to go full auto???....fun fun fun...till you get turned in. Anyways there are alot of "dress up kits" out there to make your 10 22 look like anything but a stock 10 22. Any thoughts ???? experiences??/http://www.mygunfun.com/default.htm for pics

Someone listed one for sale a few years ago.
It was cool as hell, he had two mounted on a tripod with aircraft sights using a crank cam to fire both at the same time.

I found one person who made a U tube clip about this conversion. He said it's cheap plastic junk. Also its almost a foot shorter that a genuine MG42. But i did see a butt load of vids showing ruger 10 22s converted to full auto. The cyclic rate is crazy fast....like 30 rounds gone in 3-4 seconds.
