K98 Help

I was fortunate to buy my first K98 today at a local gun show. I want to learn a little more background on it, does anybody know if theres more than just year made and factory?

It is a BYF dated 44' K98. Pics are to follow:

Your pics can't be opened. Until I see them, all I can tell you is that more k98s were made by Oberndorf in 44 than any other manufacturer in any other year.
