took just at 60 days to get atf approval for a mp44 .the paper work came the same day the gun arrived at the dealer for instate transfer. both came the very same day====================

That is pretty quick. I have heard of one approval taking two weeks.

My Maxim took over 9 months. Over 3 years for my VZ-61 (SBR) but that was mostly due to an error the seller made.

I waited about 11 months for oa form 4 back when Obama was elected. I just did a Form 5 in 2.5 months to my C&R FFL.

60 days is super fast for a form 4......must have a good examiner.

I'm an 07 SOT, and I can tell you that recent Form 4 transfers have averaged about 3 months. Dealer to Dealer transfers are about 3 to 4 weeks.
