It's hard enough to get Bill to come to Virginia once every three months. If you can talk him into going to Texas, I'll drive and we'll drink cold beer and eat chicken all the way across Tennessee and Dog Patch.

You are a funny guy GWA!! In fact, my kind of guy
Well, I just have to look for an Erfurt 1911 to match the tool. I've got my eye on a real nice one, providing, of course, I do not have to ransom "your" holster to get it. Meantime, I'll keep it safe for you---- Whyn't you come to Texas sometime and visit it!!
Ronnie, does it have any unit marks? A really nice Erfurt.
Sorry GWA , no unit marks. I guess I'll just have to make do with the ones on the holster--- . I got lucky again, this is one of the nicest Erfurts I've seen. Will go well in the holster.

Gwa,
Send me your email address and I will send you pictures ( I have posted them here once before ). It has markings for a Infantry unit, hospital unit and supply tranport unit!
