    Question about German ammo boxes

I got this ones at the gun show today. They are still full. Are they anything interesting, or just plain 8mm?
And I got this nice S&W 44 Russian, which you do not see often.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    regards Rajko

I bought some of these same boxes of 8mm ammo about 7 years ago. The story was that a huge Russian hoard of this ammo was found in an old bunker. Don't know if its true or not.

From the top, left to right:
                • '36 dated "heavy pointed bullet (schweres Spitz) in stripper clips (i.L.)
                • '41 dated armor piercing (Spitzgeschoss mit Eisenkern - iron core) orange tracer (Leuchtspur)
                • unknown - would have to see the round, and based on the color of the primer sealant and bullet I can figure out the round
                • '41 dated armor piercing (Spitzgeschoss mit Eisenkern - iron core) orange tracer (Leuchtspur)
                • '40 dated armor piercing (Spitzgeschoss mit Eisenkern - iron core) yellow tracer (Leuchtspur)
                • '36 dated heavy pointed bullet
