I have a mis-match BCD 41 K-98. Its a bit of a sporterized hodge-podge with a replacment barrel (I assume it was probably necessary since a 41 with combat use would have a used barrel). My bolt has traces of bluing (I think, could be tarnish) on the handle but the bolt body is in the white. How would you recommend restoring this finish?
Eventually I wanna make a repro sniper out of it and would like to have the bolt be somewhat correct if im gonna drop coin on a stock and some mounts.
thanks guys,
Gimpy
