MP40 receiver advice

Do you think from this description there would be a legal problem fitting this receiver to a MP40 parts set?

I see no legal problem whatsoever. Fitting machine gun parts to dummy aluminum receivers is done all the time for display purposes. Hell that's even legal in California!!
