What kind of sights are these?

I got this ones today, but I am not sure what they are for. Any help would be appreciated.
And also the clip on the bottom, it is for .45 but no markings.

no, they did not. the PPSH fired 7.62x25 tokarev, not .45. thats assuming it is a PPSH 43 clip

those sights...i have no idea. I can't see they have much collectors value but who knows. The one i have was found in a old junk drawer. I can't imagine it would be worth too much more than what a modern one would cost.

very weird. I'm no expert...but i have no idea if the PPSH was chambered for the .45. but it really looks like a clip for the ppsh-43

The sights are worth around a hundred bucks on a good day. We had them on our Remington 40XB match rifles.
