MG34 buttstock variants

Gentlemen,

From time to time some MG34s buttstock with a brass reinforcement can be seen around. Does any member know the origin of these repaired butts? I would think they are not period repair, but not really sure

Last year I saw an auction of an MG34 buttstock with an inscription in Vietnamese. I thought I had saved the pics but can't find them now

Yep, it was that one. Did you just save the pic...or did you get the butt
I translated the text with a translator... do it doesn't make much sense:
