K43 Scope and Mount

I would like opinions on this scope and mount. It looks like the serial numbers don't match(should they?) but it looks like they've been together for a while. The opticas are clear, any ideas on value these days?

Scope and Mount

Saw this auction as well,, mount is missing its entire locking mechanism, would be nearly impossible to find. Number on the mount is the number of rifle originally issued to it, scope has entirely different number. Not worth nearly what hes starting at and is "taking offers". Would need much better photos to determine if mount is original as well.
