Zeiss scoop question

Hi Guys. I have this Zeiss scoop (mount is removed ) and it is painted in a strange green. It is stamped: Zielmultar Nr. 4412 Carl Zeiss Jena.
I would like to know if this is a WH or a civilian scoop.

I'd say it's a civilian scope. However I've never heard of a Zielmultar. I found some text stating that it came out in 1921. The Wehrmacht usually used Zielvier, Zielsechs and similar scopes with other names, Ajack, Kahles etc.
