holster to ID

A friend brought me this. He got it with a PPK.
To me it looks like a postwar holster pimped with a ink RAD stamp to look TR but I may be wrong. No other markings present.Your opinions are welcome. Thanks Zeller

I agree. Post war shoulder holster for a PP or PPk, that someone added a fake RAD stamp to, in a feeble attempt to bolster it's value.
