Yes, that's an MG13 on AA display: Spider AA sight, back sight is also up, and mounted on an MG08/15 AA tripod with an adapting bracket to take the MG13. Before MG34 was produced MG13 shared some items with the MG08/15, such as the AA sight, the tripod and the werkzeugtasche.
