Manufacture Date of an Arisaka 99

Does anyone know if you can date the manufacture date of a Type 99 from the serial number? There are very informative sites that give info on the arsenal and all, but I would like to know the actual date . Thanks

Type 99

No I think only by production runs and series can you get a ballpark date.
