legalities are an issue. Don't you need a special licence in the states? (either that or they might be illegal to all)

U.S. federal law do allow qualify individual ownership of Suppressor(the correct term for Silencer),but your local State and/or city may deny your right , as an individual you do not need any special license but you do need a copy of BATF approved FORM 4 for that Suppressor at all time ,away or at home.
