    Hello to all,
PLEASE give me your opinions and (or ) concerns for this grouping.
Thank you all in advance. inside the flap "Julius jensen",Strasbourg"1918"
something that looks like ? B.A.Z.I (this was in a sort of black ink, Photos did not do it justice,on the backside: L.Z.A and a sort of eagle (see photos) and under this J something or other ?,this grouping also included a wood stopper mag and a tool inside the holster . .S.N. # 339 is on the magazine, as for the tool I could not tell what if any hallmark was present. also on flap is a 6 and pip
    don't know the significance,
    thanks again,
    Kriss..

As far as I know the exact meaning of the LZA/Eagle is unknown. Possibly leather accepted for government contracts, or leather supplied to holster makers? American soldiers like to attach German devices to captured holsters. Strap has been field or veteran repaired. The tool looks like it has a Crown/Letter stamp, and is probably Erfurt.

wonder what value if any could be attached to this group?
surely the magazine could be worth something?

There is a photo of your maker mark on page 219 of Benders Luger Holster book. It shows L.Z.A./Eagle/J.Karlsruhe.
            No other information is given.
            Magazine might go for $70-$90.
Tool- around $60 depending on what the mark is on it.
