Swedish/ Danish police Lahti

Hey guys, Wondering if someone can give me a little info about this Lahti pistol. From what I was told, it was a Danish police issue one, but the usual marking on the side is a D and mine has the S. Is this a rarer model/version? Any help would really be appreciated.
