Looking for comments on a K43

Here's the ad that I found...

WANT TO SELL: RARE German LUBECKER K-43 (manufacturer code is "qve" on the rifle). This WW2 K-43 Sniper (Or G-43 to the Walther made rifles), 8mm, Numbers MATCHING rifle (On Bolt and Receiver), LATE WAR 1945, with slide off scope mount (Number on mount are different than rifle and lever is marked "fest"). Comes with original WW2 German marked mag. Metal is in Good to EX condition; wood is EX, bore is EX. NOT SCOPE AVAILABLE; just the mount.
    Price for everything is $ 1,999 + 30 Shipping/Insurance/Handling

    Questions...
    1. Fair price?
    2. 'qve' rare or not?
    3. Should I be asking about matching numbers anywhere else other then the bolt and receiver?

    Thanx,
    Tim

PS-I'll see if I can get pics to show.

Strange description and an odd price to boot. Numbers match on the bolt and receiver, but what about the rest of the rifle? How about the stock? Is there a duffle cut? Has it been sanded? Pics would help.

well first thing i would say is:

Be careful, Snipers are heavily faked.

        K43 rifle

Most folks will immediately label a K/G43 as a sniper regardless, due to the scope rail, there are also an abundance of fake scope mounts out there, some rather well done. Get photos if possible and post here on the forum. In the meantime:
