            The straps are replacement ,and it looks like an early post WW2 product.

              From here the mag pouch seems bigger than it should be.
              Are you sure that this holster is not for a Browning HP35?

                Belt loops look to be too thin. And I agree with Douglas that the mag pouch seems to be "sagging" like a Hi-power pouch often does.
                Can you post a side view of the mag pouch?

                  Early post war in my opinion. The belt loops have been replaced for sure.

                      I have no idea why they were replaced, maybe broken, maybe dated post war, who knows. It seems to me that all war time holster were marked somehow. This one does look more like a post war holster than a war time one to me.
