    K98 K marked with SS ZZA 4 on e-stand

    Dear folks,
I need your opinion on this ss marked k98k, which I have currently on e-stand.

It's a bnz 44, which I bought couple years ago at a local gun dealer in the Ardennes.
    Any comment would be great.
    many thx

Concur with ranvette. Both marking and location spurious.

The sszza4 mark is generally on the left side barrel shank. It can sometimes also be on the right side barrel shank but under the wood line. Here is a link to 2 legit marked bnz 43s,In this case the mark is above wood line and on left side barrel shank

I don't like the numbering on it either. The "3" on the receiver is too large, and is rounded, where as the rest of the "3"s on the rifle are flat topped. Can't make out any of the numbers on the bolt either.

The posting on the estand has been removed at this time, since the rifle is not as described. The seller can re-list the item but it must be an accurate description.

Almost nothing right correct or original about this rifle

fake numbers in wrong places, fake ss markings, wrong partsock bands for
                              bnz4

                              sorry
