New 98k purchase, need rod and hood

I just bought a 1940 Mauser 98k and I need a cleaning rod and sight hood. Were these accessories at this time marked with acceptance stamps(waa655) and a serial number or were they unmarked?

Mine are unmarked. I guess I have seen a rod with some marking but probably not with WaA.

He has a selection of serial-numbered 32,5cm K98k cleaning rods - you may be lucky and find a match for your rifle.

One more question. Should the band spring be marked with a WaA or serial number?

Yes, being an early rifle (1940) the band spring would be both WaA'ed and serialized.
