their seems all of a sudden these perfect new looking all matching numbers lewis machine guns come on the market with no worn parts and dings on them and with new looking rare carrying handles . and the wood buts looks aged with repairs. any thoughts on this . john

lewis Guns - IMA/FPI
Yes you are right - some 'hundreds' of Nepalese lewis were brought back and many found there way into dealer stock. Some 2000 drums were also brought back and now thay cannot be sold!!! Overall a great find but of course it makes the MG accessory hunt rather more difficult!!

Why would the drums not be able to be sold???
I think I got like 9 of mine from the Nepal lot, they are in great shape!
I've got a BSA Lewis gun and shoot heck out of it, it's a ton of fun to shoot. Do you have one?
