P08 holster from 1941, for Wehrmacht?

this one is maker marked, not with the maker code. Any idea, if it is police, WH, or something else?

Maker reads like "GLEUNER Gmbh BAUTZEN" 1941

I would say that it is something else. Looks of recent manufacture, and wouldn't GmbH be out of place on a holster manufacturer? Wasn't GmbH a legal form of organization limiting liability to the owners?

This holster is as fake as a promise made by a politician. Not only fake but very poorly made. Send it back if you can and get your money back.

In my eyes this is never a newly produced item. Leather is old and hard. Manufacturing looks good to me. "P08" marking for a 1941 piece is also OK.

The GmbH is legit, but it would surprise me that a holster manufacturer would have enough employees, issue stock, and have a board of directors to qualify to be covered by GmbH.

GmbH is a kind of firm from small to middle size. No director is needed.

I could tell you thousands of GmbH`s here in Germany with less then 10 employees. That kind is made for small to medium firms.

Looks like an Indian or Pakistani made fake. Typical really poor quality.
