Any idea on who is selling these and the rivets to go with it? I know they exist but haven't seen any for sale.

The ones from the link above look ok. The ones from MG34.com are terrible, the MG34.com ones are silk screened on a piece of aluminum. It scratches off and so forth . As for rivets, no clue
