Question about buttplate?

I got this today it came with '03 bolt, but this buttplate does not go on the '03.
So any help would be appreciated.

The butt plate looks like the type that came on some of the target .22 rifles. The Model 75 Winchester Target butt plate looks just like that one. The bolt is a WWII replacement 03/03A3 bolt with an altered handle.

Thank you, what would be value of this two items.
Bolt is empty firing pit and rest of things is out of it.

The WWII replacement bolt bodies normally sell for around $15, but you would have to find someone wanting one with the turned down bolt handle. I would think around $20 for the butt plate.
