    BNZ 41 K98 question

I have an opportunity to pick up a BNZ 41 K-98 w/sling. I haven't seen this gun yet, but I've been told that its in good condition. Only problem is it sounds like the bolt is mismatched. I'm not a gun collector, but have always wanted to have a k98 in my collection. I was hoping the members might be able to give me a ballpark value on something like this. It is a WWII bring back. Thanks in advance, Jon

a lot of bringbacks had mismatched bolts because the rifles were thrown in one pile and the bolts in another.Without seeing the rifle its hard to place a value. If the stock hasnt been sanded or varnished and the blueing is in decent shape with no rust or pitting I think anywhere from 300 to 1,000 on the high end for a mismatch bolt in above average shape

It doesn´t matter if just the bolt is mismatched.

These day´s it´s hard to find a honest K98 rifle.

      600 to 800 $ is a very correct price

      Regards
