A E G Snail Drum ?

I don't own any firearms but picked up in trade a 1st type AEG Luger snail drum for a PO8.It has a # 5001 stamped on it.Would this be the 5001 drum made or were they produced in groups like the pistols,Thanks

This would be #5001 produced by AEG. Recorded examples run from 2000's to 67000's.
