I might be wrong, this might be for a different one. There are no markings i can see , and as in all artillery holsters , its not uncommon to see strap replacements, but i got this one several years ago, and had once like you owned an artillery, and sold it back in the day. I thought finding the holster meant i was going to find the gun soon? Whats it worth...(holster and stock that is)?

juoneen: I'm not certain about the value of the holster, but I saw a stock sell for $105 at a local auction this week.

That sale would have been one I would have liked to have seen. But that's how the hobby goes ...you many times find the cart before the horse.
It almost appears they may have worked on this rig, but that's an assumption i got myself from looking at its photos. But i am not sure. I find it wierd that its screwed to the wood...so to remove it you need a screwdriver.(then have to remove 5 screws ??right? How would this attach to the belt or would the belt just go thru the back at the top? How would this effect its ability to use with the stock if one wanted to use it.

Anyway, its easier to see with photos as to what you can tell me about it anyway. That number 9 is difficult to find congratulations.

The board and holster always remain together and are used that way for the stock on the LP.08. It is carried slung over the shoulder by the straps.
