Luger Barrel WW2?

Hey gusy I spotted this for sale and I am slightly interested. I am wonding if this is world war two, world war 1 or neither. The seller believes it to be ww2, but I am not s certain. I will post pcis below, also could you give me an estimate on value(I have a rough idea, but I dotn knwo much about this )?

The barrel seems polished and reblued thus erasing the test markings...a giveaway to know if it is WW1 or WW2.
