Bren Gun magazin box. WW2 or post war?

Gentlemen!

I got a steel ammunition box for 10 Bren Gun magazines
I cannot find any makings except the one in front saying "BOX MAGAZINES BREN .303in. Mk1*" in white paint and "MC" under the lock.
It contains 10 unused magazines and all is marked " TMS MK1*"
Is this made during WW2 or is it post war?
