I had a little time off today because of the blizzard so I took some pictures of my military Stevens M416. I has a nice cartouche , arsenal marks, proof P , ordnance stamp and US Property marked. I work at West Point and each year we have a historic weapons shoot which some of us support with living history displays. This year I'm displaying .22 trainers and the standard field rifle counterpart. At the shoot we use many WW2 fully auto weapons including German MP40, MG42, BAR, Thompson, Grease gun, etc. The cadets get to see and shoot weapons from colonial period to present. Sure is fun to shoot fully auto legally and on Uncle Sam's dime!
