ZF41 Sunshades real or repro ?

i have some good books on the k98 sniper rifle and recently bought a set of sunshades on ebay, it was claimed they are originals, both seem to be in amazing condition so i guess not, heres a picture of the front one it does not have any cut outs what so ever, were any manufactured like this or is it off a different scope ?

Try to squeeze it - original ones are made from steel, they dont bend. Repros are made from tin-metal, you could bend them, with some finger-power you could even "fold" them flat.

ok thanks for the info, its deffo steel cannot crush it with both hands, but i have still seen no all plain front shields yet.

I am sure , that is repro. Do you buy it from germany??
