Correct Bullet for MP-40?

Can anyone tell me the best weight for bullets for an MP-40. I see them sold in either 115 or 125g. Thanks.

Either one will work fine, my MP40 "eats" it all. Its a fairly well built weapon and I have never heard anything negative about its ability to handle modern ammo.

One thing is that there are military "hot" loads ( the round has a red line around the bullet were it meets the bullet case ) that are made for Submachine guns and the MP40 handles these well also. Some of these "really" get the MP40 going!
