    early K98k rilfe ?

i have an Erma S/27 code 1938 dated rifle, the stock that was on the rifle was a late war replacement with the cupped buttplate. i recently found a stock with the flat style buttplate and no stock disk would this be correct for an early rifle such as mine ? or do i need a stock with the flat buttplate and a stock disk ? the new stock and handguard really makes the rifle a nice looking speciman as the stock and handguard that i replaced were in rather poor shape. regards

No. A flat buttplate w/o takedown disc is not even a Kar98k stock...

It might be czech, i used to have a (German) k98k that was re-used by the czech and had a new stock like you describe.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.
