Can anyone make out the maker on the holster?

Holster maker appears to be Genshow & Co., Berlin.

I'm not trying to dis your pistol but I would expect the mag to have a waffenamt stamped on the bottom. It would be E/63. I'm not sure what to make of that. The numbers don't look quite right either.

Could you please post a picture of the serial number on the front of the frame?

                      Regards, Leon

                        HI Bcarver,
To add to Leons comments....The magazine is pinned bottom through the aluminum base. These did not start to appear until type 3 army mag in 1939.Your pistol should have a type 2 army magazine, no pin through base.
                        Cheers,
                        Jason

I agree with Leon. Mag appears to have been "force matched". The font pattern on the number "4" doesn't match the numbering on the gun. THe "4"s on the gun do not touch at the tip, while the one on the magazine does! Also, you tell that the bottom of the magazine has been "filed" down to remove the old number.
The gun and holster look nice though! Still a Good find Just has an incorrect mag.
