7.65 Mauser pistol gun show buy

I had a table today at the gun show, this guy came and brought in this gun with holster(it is not mark what I can see) and original boxes of ammo. It is all matching, comes with one magazine. He said his dad brought it from Germany. Does not have import marks. Behind the cal. marking it has D.R.P.u.A.P. what does that mean? There were two more of them for sale from dealers but the rest were commercial without any nazi eagles. My knowledge is in blades so any help will be appreciated. And what is the value of this gun too?

D.R.P.u.A.P. (Deutsches Reichs-Patent und Auslandische Patente) (German Patent and Foreign Patents)

Indicates patent registration in Germany and in foreign countries.

            Usually used on commercial items.

              Good find

I can't say what is value of the gun in US, but here in Finland they ask 100-200eur from gun.
Ofcourse if you have ammo and holster with gun it will rise the price!

                It's a Mauser Model 1934 (a.k.a. Model 1914/34).
The holster seem to be a commercial one. This model was made until a. 1939-40 when it was replaced by the Mauser HSC. It was one of the best 7,65mm pistols of its time and its quality was first grade.

                A nice catch. Congratulations.

The E/655 waffenamt and small nazi eagle at left rear of frame indicate an Army procured pistol. The serial number puts it toward the end of production while the factory was gearing up in 1940 to produce the replacement HSc pistol. The two proof marks are identical to those used for the initial Army procured HSc in very early 1941.
The holster, however, appears be a Navy pattern that was used for both the M1934 and HSc pistols.

Regarding current U.S. value, based on its condition, and assuming a bore in sharp condition, it's probably worth between $500-$600. Clearly, the holster would add to that amount as well. Very nice find!
