The "stock" manual is desirable.....I'd say $150-200 in this condition....Perhaps more, IF the owner hadn't written on it......As stated before, these aren't always in such good condition.....Many were rolled up and placed in the buttstock, where they usually came in contact with something oily (like spare parts).....Bodes

Not surprised about the flood of PM's. The holster is a rare model variation (unrelated to pistol model designation) that is arguably much tougher than the pistol itself. Very high value as well.
