Hi Jaegermeister,
I believe this holster is German WW2 for the KV1914 pistol made in Norway.
It is basically a Colt 1911 in 45 cal (or 11.25 mm) that was made in Norway from WW1 to about 1946. From 1941 to 1945 under German control. It was also the only 45 cal pistol that was produced and used by the Germans during WW2.
Web holsters for this pistol is not often seen.
With regards,
Stian

Hi,
If you have access to the book Kongsberg-Colten by Karl Egil Hanevik you will see the exact same holster on page 186.
This pistol was given the name "Pistole 657 (n) and was delivered to the German army and the German navy. And probebly the hird, GSSN and so on. If it was used outside Norway I do not know.

I would think that it’s quite rare.
Have never seen a similar holster for sale. Have seen several other German made/used web holsters for sale at QXL.no but they did not have the pocket for the magazine and was added more leather reinforcement.
It would fit like a glove to my KV made in1942
Cheers,
Stian
