    opinion please about this strange oil can

    I bought this strange little can.
    It has two compartments and the letters W and H.
    The W could be water but I don't know.

    Does one of you knows what it is ??

                Russian oil bottles (as shown in the above example) feature the letters ‘W H’:
                ‘W’ is the Cyrillic ‘ShCh’ & transliterates to ‘Shchelo’ which means lye or alkaline solution (or solvent).
                ‘H’ is the Cyrillic ‘N’ and transliterates to ‘Neft’ or oil.
