Head's up repro MP40

A few week's ago I reported buying a very nice repro MP40 made in Spain.
I paid $375.00 for it from I.M.A. and now I see it is on Collectors Armoury for $269.00! It is a well made gun, great for re-enacting or display. C.A. does'nt
go into much detail except to say it is made of zinc, but i beleive it is the same gun since they carry the Thompson and M1 Garand also made by the same co.

yes its from DENIX . You could get it even in Germany for 155 euros. This was the best price I have seen until now

the main problem is that some people sell small parts of it as original mp40 ones and for big money . The quality of Denix is really good

Repro MP 40

I am very impressed with the quality and also the weight of this piece. I also noticed the bolt seem's to be a telescoping bolt just like the real one. I am always handling this gun, I never thought I would ever own a realistic MP40.
The cost was always way too high! I have seen this same gun on other web sight's for as much as $425.00 US.
I wonder if this one will go over as well as the old Japanese model. Will just have to wait and see.
What would a real mag go for now days? geopop
