BTW: Try taking photos outside in natural light with no flash, as I think you will be very impressed with the results. On high-polish finish items like the pre-war Colt, you will likely want to put the gun in a shaded area that is just adjacent to where bright sunlight is bearing down. On the P.08 and P.38, you may want them in the direct sunlight; but it just depends on how much sunlight you are getting that day so you will have to play around to see what works best. For background use an old towel or cloth that is a color other than white (white reflects too much light back at you). IMO, a light rust brown or blue towel works very well.
