    Hi Jean-Loup,

    My guess would be Yugoslavia - I remember seeing numbers of mint M1A1s that had been originally sent to the partisans during WW 2 (and which made an appearance 45 years later).

        Vietnam

        The picture is of a portion of guns left in a "storage field" in Veitnam, The other photo's show MG34's,MG42's,M60's,K98's etc.
        Darn shame!

          This was a program known as "Gladio", where secret stashes of weapons were dispersed all over Germany in case hostilities broke out against the Russians.

            Anyways, they are rusted in an interesting way. Had'nt seen that before. Looks neet, how the wood became white...
