    Shuer Info?

Hi Folks" I'm probably going to be told there is already a thread about this but I did a search and came up with nothing? I'll probably be told I am misspelling it but it is the proper spelling, taken right from the firearm itself. I'm looking for information on the J.P.Shuer & Sohn Suhl Cal.7.65, Plastic grips w/dbl SSu on the left grip. An eagle on right side under the serial number in the 286 thousands w/ an X under that and magazine w/matching ser. # which was given to me. The name is on the left side of the slide and spelled exactly as I have spelled it above. I have seen some reference to this firearm in these forums before but for the life of me I can not locate them. It is in I would consider very good condition but not excellent condition and it is a shooter and fires quite well! Any information would be happily received? Thanks! No wild stories with it that I know of?

    You've described the J. P. Sauer & Sohn model 38h pistol.

Thanks for your reply. With the info you gave me I found the previous thread I had been reading and got to checking and while not as beautiful as the one shown in the previous thread I did find out that it is an Eagle C I believe (looking at the markings on the previous one and what I thought was an x is an N. The grips are different but all markings are the same but it's in a Bianchi holster, lol! I am going to give it a basic cleaning and then take some pictures and if they come out good maybe post one or two. Again thanks for the info! I don't think I will be shooting it anymore either!

Eagle C is a police acceptance proof.
Kind of item that many would like to have.
We are looking forward to see the pics.
