              I think that the grip screws are correct for an Erfurt Luger.
              But it has a lot of story for sure. I really enjoy it!

                This D.W.M P08 as been built in year 1911. The double date 1920 mean that he as serve in the reichwehr.
                For me, nice P08.

                        Those are grip screws from an early Erfurt Luger. The tiny inspection stamp was only used on Erfurt issued grip screws

                        Very nice early DWM (only 13,000 made in 1911), that saw a lot of service.

                          Ron, Interesting pistol. There appears to be a Nazi Eagle on the right side of the rail along with the Imperial proofs. Do you think you could get a close up photo of it? I would like to see the marking below and to the right of it.

                            Hi Jerry,

                            I believe that is a partial HZa marking which means it was reworked during the Weimar period. I have a similar pistol and my markings are more clear.
